Four things we mean
An assistant is software that talks with a customer or a colleague. Its first sentence says it is an AI assistant and explains how to reach a person. That duty comes from the AI Act, the European law on artificial intelligence.
An agent, in our work, is an assistant that carries out steps: it reads a message, looks up an order, drafts a reply, and stops. A person approves anything that cannot be undone.
A pilot is a measured trial on one real process. We write down the measure before we start. At the end you extend, change, or stop.
We do not publish client names. The numbers on the Italian site come from systems already running, each with a date and a source. Stories marked as scenarios are invented to explain, not taken from clients.

For the IT and security lead
Data for a project stays in the European Union, or on your servers, as the contract says. We do not train the model on your data: your documents are never used to change the model.
